We were first referred to Charles Savage Constructions in 2005 when a very close and equally finicky friend had a magnificent extension to their house in Malvern. We signed up shortly after to have outdoor area, pool, two bedrooms and bathroom built. We are delighted with the result. I have since used Charles' team for all the building work at my other commercial and residential properties. Unlike many other builders where they 'go in low' and sting you for every little 'variation', Charles Savage Constructions is very fair and reasonable on all contractual matters. We would not hesitate to use their services again.
